Latoya Raveneau

Originally from Brooklyn, Latoya initially moved to Los Angeles to study Creative Writing and Fine Arts at UCLA where she eventually found her way into the graduate animation program. Latoya continues to pursue both writing and drawing in her professional life and has written on such shows as the Netflix series “Super Monsters” and done series development writing for Glen Keane Productions. She has storyboarded on such projects as Disney Junior’s “Puppy Dog Pals” and “Miles From Tomorrowland” and Assistant Directed on the Adult Swim series, “Final Space.”
Currently, Latoya is a Director on the upcoming Disney+ series, “The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder” while also moonlighting as a screenwriter on an unannounced Disney Jr. project. When she isn’t drawing or writing, she can typically be found rollerblading to anime theme songs in Santa Monica… or singing the entire soundtrack of Hamilton.
